You can leave this blank if you prefer to first have a discussion with your Coordinator, but eTaskBoard will eventually need a numeric value for you to participate.

We use a picklist to insure that valid numerical values are entered. If you don't see the value you wish, suggest the value you wish in the "Tell us about yourself" section above.

When you complete a task, eTaskBoard will multiply your hours worked times this $/hr value to calculate how much eTaskBoard owes you for that task.

Tip: Set a value high enough to be motivated to complete tasks on time, but not so high that you price yourself above the market. Use the internet to assess pay rates for your capabilities in your geographic area.

Note that a high-priced expert may be selected over a low-priced novice for several reasons such as task importance, quick turnaround, or the simple math that an expert charging twice as much as a novice may still be chosen over a novice charging twice as many hours for the same task.
