If you are joining as a member of an organization, company, tribe, governmental agency, etc, this is where you enter their name.

If you are a member of such an organization but would like to join eTaskBoard as an individual, a common situation, do not put the name of such an organization. If you would like to join as an individual, leave this blank or just enter your name, last name first so you list well alphabetically, for example, "Smith, Billy Joe".

If you are a member of an organization that already has an account in eTaskBoard, do not use this form. Instead, ask the manager of that account to add you as an individual associated with that organization's account. That manager has an "Add" button for this purpose.
