Here is the area where the Request Types pick list is managed by a Sys Admin.

Clicking on the Edit command does not open up another window & form; it simply allows the Sys Admin to edit the Request Type and Email in table view.

Once a Request Type has been added or deleted from this list, the Tech Support Request Form picklists will automatically be updated.
